About Me

I was born in Mexico and grew up in Tucson, Arizona after my parents immigrated to the U.S. when I was young. My earliest memory of falling in love with art was watching my brother draw a dragon—it felt like a doorway into another world. When I paint, I don’t follow strict plans. I let intuition take the lead, creating what feels right in the moment. My work often blends symbolism with surreal elements, but I’m just as fascinated by the simplicity and balance of minimalism.

I never set out to sell my art. For me, it's always been about the act of creating. But I do feel a pull to share it—to send these pieces out into the world and see where they land, what lives they might live beyond me.
